Role Description The Senior Physiotherapist will deliver comprehensive physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients in an on-site clinical setting in Bengaluru. This full-time role includes planning and implementing individualized rehabilitation programs, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting treatment plans based on clinical outcomes. The Senior Physiotherapist will guide and mentor junior clinicians and support staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and clinic protocols. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, coordinating with referring healthcare professionals, and educating patients and caregivers on exercise programs, posture, and prevention strategies. The role also involves contributing to case discussions, quality improvement activities, and continuing professional development within the team.

Qualifications

  • Recognized bachelor's or master's degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent), with valid professional registration/licensure as required.
  • Proven clinical experience in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, or neuro-physiotherapy settings, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and rehabilitation program design.
  • Ability to supervise, mentor, and provide clinical guidance to junior physiotherapists, interns, and therapy assistants.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Competence in maintaining accurate electronic or paper-based clinical records and handling basic clinic documentation and reporting.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing professional development, and participation in training or case-review meetings.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a patient-centered approach and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and needs.
  • Experience in community outreach, patient education programs, or specialty clinics (e.g., sports rehab, geriatric care, pediatric care) is an advantage.
