Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist with a strong background in clinical diagnosis and patient care. The ideal candidate must have at least two years of hands-on experience in physiotherapy, demonstrating expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of conditions.
The role requires a professional who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring a patient-centered approach in treatment planning. A presentable and well-spoken individual who can build strong rapport with clients, provide guidance, and deliver top-tier rehabilitation services is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and provide accurate diagnoses for patients.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
- Utilize manual therapy techniques, rehabilitation exercises, and advanced physiotherapy methods to aid in patient recovery.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, posture correction, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain detailed records of patient progress and provide timely follow-ups.
- Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in physiotherapy and rehabilitation techniques.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on clinical experience in physiotherapy.
- Strong knowledge of clinical diagnosis and treatment techniques.
- Excellent communication, soft skills, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients efficiently.
- Professional demeanor with a patient-centric approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in sports physiotherapy, orthopedics, or neurology.
