Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Gurugram. The Senior Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and develop tailored treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal conditions. Responsibilities include providing advanced physiotherapy treatments, such as manual therapy, rehabilitation exercises, and posture correction, while closely monitoring patient progress. The Senior Physiotherapist will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals, mentor junior staff, and ensure high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Expertise in physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy, rehabilitation, and posture correction
• Strong diagnostic and assessment skills related to musculoskeletal issues and pain management
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Experience in patient care planning and progress monitoring
• Ability to mentor junior practitioners and build a collaborative team environment
• Registered physiotherapist with appropriate professional accreditation
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or related field
• Experience in the rehabilitation or wellness sector is an advantage

Experience:Candidates must have a minimum of 23 years of clinical experience. Fresh graduates are not eligible for this position.
