Ignitio CDC is seeking motivated and compassionate paediatric physiotherapists and occupational therapists (freshers & experienced) to join our team in Hyderabad. The role involves working closely with children to improve motor skills, functional abilities, sensory integration, and overall development in a structured and supportive clinical environment. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments for pediatric clients
Plan and implement individualized physiotherapy or occupational therapy intervention programmes.
Work with children having developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, cerebral palsy, ADHD, sensory processing disorders, and other pediatric conditions
Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions as required
Educate and guide parents/caregivers regarding therapy goals and home programmes.
Maintain accurate therapy notes, progress reports, and documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including speech therapists, psychologists, special educators, and paediatricians.
Monitor child progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
Adhere to ethical standards and clinic protocols
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT) or Occupational Therapy (BOT / MOT)
Freshers are encouraged to apply
CDC or pediatric therapy experience is an added advantage
Valid registration with the respective professional council
Strong interest in working with children
Good communication, observation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of pediatric therapy approaches and child development
Empathetic, patient, and child-friendly approach
Good clinical reasoning and documentation skills
Willingness to learn and upgrade clinical skills
