The Role
We are looking for an HR Intern to help us find and nurture the next generation of financial and creative leaders. You will support the full recruitment cycle and help build an employer brand that reflects our mission to provide financial safety nets for young India.
What You'll Be Doing
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage with active and fast-growing talent for marketing, operations, and technical roles using LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Employer Branding: Assist in drafting Founder Voice text posts and LinkedIn articles to share our journey and values with potential candidates.
- Recruitment Coordination: Manage candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and ensure every applicant receives a human-over-corporate experience.
- Documentation: Help develop creator briefs and internal onboarding documentation to streamline team communication.
- Culture Building: Support internal engagement efforts that align with our Mitra brand identity.
What We're Looking For
- A recent graduate in HR, Business, or Organizational Psychology.
- A proactive communicator who can represent our brand with empathy and clarity.
- Strong interest in fin-tech and digital agency growth.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn's professional ecosystem.
