Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physiotherapist located in Gurugram. The Physiotherapist will assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment programs for patients to improve mobility, manage pain, and restore physical function. The role includes developing therapeutic exercise plans, utilizing manual therapy techniques, educating patients on recovery practices, and maintaining accurate records of patient progress.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating and administering individualized treatment plans, including diagnostic and therapeutic skills
• Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and various physical therapy modalities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
• Ability to monitor patient progress and maintain detailed records of therapies and outcomes
• Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT or MPT) from a recognized institution; relevant certifications are an advantage
• Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred
• Commitment to patient care, empathy, and a results-driven approach
