Role Description (15k-20k) mon - sat

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Physics Teacher, based in Mambalam. The Physics Teacher will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging and effective physics lessons, devising individualized lesson plans to address the unique needs of students, and conducting intensive crash courses for exam preparation. The teacher is expected to provide support for answer-writing techniques and foster students confidence to achieve academic success.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and proficiency in Physics and Physics Education
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and effective teaching methodologies
• Basic understanding of Mathematics to support interconnected topics
• Proven experience in teaching and motivating students to succeed academically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver effective one-on-one or small group coaching sessions
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Education, or a related field is preferred
