Job Description
Core Purpose
To teach Physics to senior secondary students with strong conceptual clarity, structured lesson planning, and academic rigor, while preparing them effectively for CBSE board examinations.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Physics to Classes IX to XII as per the CBSE curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, practical work, assignments, and assessments that build a solid understanding of core Physics concepts.
Conduct and supervise Physics practicals, ensuring safety, accuracy, and proper handling of lab equipment.
Evaluate student performance, maintain records, and share actionable feedback.
Guide students in board exam preparation, practical exams, Olympiads, research projects, and subject enrichment activities.
Identify learning gaps and provide the required academic support.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a learning environment that encourages curiosity and scientific thinking.
Participate in departmental meetings, school programs, training sessions, and professional development activities.
Qualification & Skills
Master's degree in Physics or a related discipline.
BEd as per CBSE requirements.
Strong conceptual understanding of Physics and laboratory processes.
Effective communication skills, classroom management ability, and student mentoring capability.
Comfort with digital teaching tools and CBSE assessment practices.
