About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled PHP Developer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad or Pune. The ideal candidate will possess a robust backend development background with expertise in PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony, complemented by strong frontend skills using modern JavaScript frameworks like React and Vue.js or Angular. This role requires a full-stack mindset, with additional experience in MongoDB and other NoSQL databases, enabling the development of scalable and efficient applications. The position involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and architecture, to deliver end-to-end features that meet client requirements. Given the project demands, resources are expected to work until 11:30 PM to ensure seamless client interactions and project delivery.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 6 to 8 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on PHP backend technologies and modern JavaScript frameworks. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Candidates should have hands-on experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony, and proficiency in building RESTful APIs. Expertise in React, Vue.js, or Angular, along with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, is essential. Full-stack exposure with Node.js is preferred. Additional skills include experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, containerization using Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms. Knowledge of HCM and Payroll domains will be advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. Key responsibilities include end-to-end feature development encompassing both backend and frontend components, writing clean and maintainable code, and ensuring adherence to best practices. The role involves designing technical solutions, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior team members. Building and optimizing REST APIs and UI components to deliver seamless user experiences is a core aspect of the job. The candidate will collaborate with QA teams to ensure quality standards, work with DevOps to streamline deployment processes, and coordinate with architects to align technical solutions with business goals. Additionally, performance tuning, security enhancements, and troubleshooting are integral parts of the responsibilities.
