1. Category Manager - Orthopedics

Role Description

  • Drive category strategy, portfolio growth, and lifecycle management for Orthopedics segment
  • Identify new product opportunities (e.g., pain management, bone health, joint care) and lead launches
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and doctor insights to shape brand positioning
  • Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Supply Chain for execution excellence
  • Manage P&L, pricing strategy, and promotional effectiveness

Experience & Qualifications

  • 8-12 years in Pharma Marketing, with 3-5 years in Orthopedics / Pain Management
  • MBA (Marketing) preferred B.Pharm / Life Sciences background desirable
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and portfolio growth
