Personnel Manager

We have an opportunity for Personnel Manager for our plant located in Karapakkam, Chennai

Looking for candidates with 15- 20 years of experience ( preferably from manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

Contract Labour management – agreements, budget, compliance, discipline, supply of manpower;

Flexi manpower management – managing (recruitment to exit) the manpower through NAPS / NATS / IITP etc.,

Overseeing the Time Office management;

Labour laws related statutory compliance – end-to-end;

Employee relations - wage administration, resolve disputes, training, orientation effectively and in accordance with company policy and governmental regulations.

Develops implements and administers the policies;

Discipline management;

Continuous Liaison with statutory authorities;

Efficiency / incentive auditing and finalizing the SAP flexing;

Should liaise with internal customers for optimization of all the activities of production keeping the smooth operation of the plant on continuous basis;

Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.

Qualificaiton : MBA/MSW
