Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in the Oil & Gas industry
- Exposure to Field Engineering and Basic/FEED engineering is an added advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects with a minimum of 30,000 man-hours and peak team size of 20+ engineers
- Develop project schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines
- Prepare engineering man-hour estimates based on quantities and deliverables
- Handle change management processes related to input modifications and additional scope
- Perform structural analysis and design of steel and concrete structures such as pipe racks, shelters, technology structures, and foundations (equipment and machine foundations requiring dynamic analysis)
- Design industrial buildings including substations, control rooms, and administrative facilities
- Apply knowledge of international codes and standards in engineering design
