We are seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Secretary to support our Managing Director (MD) in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the MD's calendar and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Prepare and organize meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, calls, and letters on behalf of the MD.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the MD.
  • Support the MD in day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
