Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Counsellor who can guide prospective students, generate leads, and convert inquiries into enrollments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for helping individuals build their careers in IT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and walk-ins effectively
  • Counsel students and job seekers on various IT courses (Full Stack, Data Science, Cloud, etc.)
  • Understand candidate needs and recommend suitable training programs
  • Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets
  • Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate student data
  • Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and lead generation activities
  • Conduct career guidance sessions and demo follow-ups
  • Build strong relationships with students and ensure high satisfaction
Required Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong convincing and negotiation ability
  • Basic understanding of IT courses / willingness to learn
  • Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
  • Good knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Any Graduate (MBA / Marketing preferred)
  • Experience in education sales, training institutes, or EdTech is a plus
