Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely, and courteous transport services for company executives, clients, and guests.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its optimal functionality and cleanliness.
- Plan efficient routes and manage time effectively to ensure timely arrival and departure at all destinations.
- Maintain confidentiality of all passenger and company-related information encountered during the course of duty.
- Perform vehicle maintenance checks regularly and report any issues promptly to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
- Accommodate last-minute scheduling changes or additional stops as requested, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Foster a positive relationship with passengers through excellent service and professional conduct at all times.
- Assist passengers as needed, including loading and unloading personal belongings or assisting with directions.
