Role Description

SKYLINE BUILDERS is seeking a full-time Corporate Sales Manager for an on-site role located in Kochi. The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving real estate sales through corporate partnerships across India. The role involves engaging with HR heads, senior management, and decision-makers in organizations and build strong, trust-based relationships to position Skyline Builders as a preferred housing partner for their employees. The role also involves developing & executing a corporate sales strategy aligned with Skyline Builders overall business goals, thereby achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Experience in corporate/B2B sales, preferably in real estate, banking, insurance, or employee benefits
• Skilled in Sales and achieving revenue targets, combined with negotiating and closing deals.
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal capabilities.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
