Working model: Onsite

Location: Model Town, New Delhi

Days & Shift: Rotational shifts with 1 weekly off

Timings: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Experience: 3-5 years

Budget: 6 to 7.20 LPA (depending on experience)

Role Overview: We're seeking a Personal Assistant to the Founder who will act as a trusted partner in managing schedules, communications, and high-level coordination. This role demands a polished professional with excellent judgment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to represent leadership with discretion and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel itineraries with precision.
  • Draft and review correspondence, presentations, and documents on behalf of leadership.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Strategic Coordination

  • Anticipate priorities and ensure the Founder's time is utilized effectively.
  • Track action items and drive timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate seamlessly across departments to align with business objectives.

Confidentiality & Professionalism

  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Maintain a professional, well-groomed, and approachable presence at all times.
  • Uphold WomanCart's brand image in all interactions.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant.
  • Pleasant personality, polished communication, and professional grooming.
  • Strong command over MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), scheduling tools, and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
