We are expanding our Gurgaon-based operations and are looking for detail-oriented, execution-driven Personal Assistants / Home Managers who can manage complex personal and household ecosystems with discretion and precision.

Role Overview

This is a high-trust, execution-heavy role responsible for managing end-to-end personal administration, household operations, scheduling, vendor coordination, travel planning, and lifestyle management for senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is proactive, structured, calm under pressure, and capable of handling multiple moving parts without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities1. Executive & Personal Support
  • Calendar management (appointments, personal commitments, coordination)
  • Travel planning (flights, hotels, visas, ground transport)
  • Managing personal documentation and records
  • Event & guest coordination (private gatherings, formal events)
  • Communication coordination (calls, follow-ups, reminders)
2. Household Operations Management
  • Oversee daily home operations and domestic staff
  • Vendor sourcing and negotiation (maintenance, services, subscriptions)
  • Bill payments, renewals, and expense tracking
  • Maintenance scheduling and follow-ups
  • Asset and inventory management
3. Reservation & Lifestyle Coordination
  • Restaurant and event reservations
  • Airport and travel assistance coordination
  • Appointment scheduling (medical, financial, legal, etc.)
  • Experience planning (special occasions, celebrations)
4. Vendor & Service Management
  • Identify, onboard, and manage high-quality service providers
  • Negotiate pricing and service agreements
  • Ensure service quality and timely delivery
  • Maintain vendor database and evaluation logs
5. Systems & Process Excellence
  • Create and maintain SOPs for recurring tasks
  • Build structured trackers (Excel/Sheets/Notion preferred)
  • Use digital tools for organisation and reporting
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security
Candidate ProfileRequired
  • 38 years experience as: Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Home Manager, Lifestyle Manager
  • Based in Gurgaon (or willing to relocate)
  • Strong vendor management skills
  • Excellent written & spoken English
  • High digital fluency (Google Workspace, Excel, task management tools)
  • Absolute discretion and integrity
Preferred
  • Experience working with HNIs / founders / senior executives
  • Negotiation capability
  • Strong problem-solving orientation
  • Ability to anticipate needs rather than react to instructions
