Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Personal Assistant to the Vice President at Rayzon Solar Limited. The selected candidate will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including coordinating schedules, handling executive correspondence, and ensuring effective diary management. They will support the Vice President by organizing meetings, preparing documentation, and managing travel arrangements. The role also involves handling confidential matters with a high level of discretion, maintaining effective communication, and ensuring smooth operations of executive-level activities.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to ensure smooth operations and efficient management of executive tasks.
  • Expertise in Personal Assistance and Executive Support to address the day-to-day needs of a senior executive, including correspondence management and organizational tasks.
  • Strong skills in Diary Management to effectively coordinate schedules and ensure seamless calendar operations for the Vice President.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities to handle a variety of tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally supporting senior executives in a fast-paced organization.
  • Proficiency in using office software tools, including email platforms, scheduling applications, and document preparation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with discretion and professionalism
