Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role located in Jaipur. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing daily support to executives by managing schedules, organizing meetings, coordinating appointments, handling clerical tasks, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. This role requires multitasking and a proactive approach to managing administrative duties efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Proficiency in Diary Management and scheduling appointments
- Effective Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
- Experience with Clerical tasks, such as document management and correspondence
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Proficiency in relevant office software and tools
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Past experience in a similar role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus
