Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad for an Administrative professional. The Administrator will oversee day-to-day office operations, manage schedules, handle communications, and provide clerical and executive administrative support. The role involves maintaining organized records, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth office functioning in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to handle daily office operations efficiently
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance to support leadership with schedules and documentation
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for effective internal and external interactions
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage records and coordinate tasks
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in office software and tools; familiarity with administrative platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- Previous administrative or clerical experience is an advantage
