About the Role
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior leadership with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and enjoys being the backbone that keeps operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedules, emails, and day-to-day communications
- Coordinate meetings (in-person and virtual), prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items
- Handle documentation, presentations, and basic reports using common office tools
- Maintain accurate records, files, and administrative data
- Support general office coordination and miscellaneous admin tasks
- Assist with basic office setups such as laptops, Wi-Fi, and accounts when needed
- Act as a reliable point of coordination between teams and leadership
