Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Lead to oversee and guide our property sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring team members, and ensuring Property India achieves its growth targets in the highly competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of property sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand market presence.
  • Train and guide the team in lead generation, client handling, and closing techniques.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and developers.
  • Monitor sales performance through CRM tools and prepare periodic reports for management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with campaigns and project launches.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 47 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team-handling role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of local real estate markets and current property trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
