Role & Responsibilities
- Design and execute performance tests including Load, Stress, Spike, Scalability, Endurance, Volume, and Capacity tests.
- Develop scripts using LoadRunner and K6 (JMeter/Gatling is a plus).
- Perform server-side monitoring and analysis using Dynatrace, PerfMon, Cloud Monitoring.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams for test planning and defect resolution.
- Provide performance analysis reports and suggest performance improvements.
- Handle test data management and environment configurations.
- Involved in performance engineering and tuning for cloud-based applications.
- Use Fiddler, DevTools, and other profiling tools to investigate performance bottlenecks.
- Contribute to Continuous Performance Testing pipelines using tools like ADO, GitHub, Jenkins.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of strong hands-on experience in performance testing & engineering.
- Must have experience with LoadRunner (Web, Web Services, Ajax TruClient protocols).
- Experience with LRE/LRC, Dynatrace, Fiddler, and DevTools.
- Cloud knowledge in AWS or Azure is a must.
- Experience in Agile/DevSecOps environments using GitHub, SonarQube, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven and proactive approach to problem-solving.
