Performance tester

Role &responsibilities :

• Proficient in Performance testing tools like JMeter
• Manage forplanning and creating automated performance tests, executing tests, and results to measure performance, scalability,stabilityand reliability.
• Expertisein Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy,Work LoadDesign, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Defect Management.
• Experience in Application Monitoring Tools like AppDynamics.
• Decide &finalisethe load parameters approach referring the production data from Splunk
• Hands-on experience in writing and executing performance test scenarios for complex systems.
• Hands-on experience with performance testsimulations, performance analysis, performance tuning, performance monitoring in a microservices environment
• Perform analysis of performance issues in Pre-production and/or Production environments.
• Hands- on experience in analyzing the performance results - Capture/Analyze/Interpret technicaldataperformancemetrics from application, database, OS, and Network.
• Demonstratedability to capture key metrics, createaccuratestatus reports and effectively communicate to the stake holders.
• Hands-on experience in defect logging,trackingand verifying defects.
• Identifyingmemory leakage, connection issues & Bottleneck problem in the application.
• Generate performance graphs, session reports, and other related documentationrequiredfor validation and analysis.
• Publish results and provideappropriate signoff. Prepare detailed status reports, andmonitoring ofall defects and issues.
• Good understanding of basic DB tuning, application server tuning and common issues around performance and scalability.
• Set up theJmeterjob on CI / CD pipeline process in TeamCity
• Good collaboration & ability to communicate with technical & non-technical stakeholders
• Experience of working in Agile testingmethodology
• Team Management experience ismust.
