Job Description

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing for web applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
  • Expertise in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, Neoload, etc.
  • Strong understanding of load testing, stress testing, endurance testing, and scalability testing.
  • Knowledge of web technologies including HTTP, HTTPS, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Experience in developing performance test strategies, scripts, and execution plans.
  • Proficiency in monitoring tools and log analysis for diagnosing performance issues.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline integration for automated performance testing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex performance-related issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
