Job Title: Senior Performance Test Engineer
Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru
Experience: 8+ Years (Minimum 5+ Years in JMeter)
Availability: Immediate Joiners / Candidates Serving Notice Period
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute performance tests for web, API, and database layers using Apache JMeter.
- Monitor system performance and analyze results using tools like New Relic and other APM solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, DevOps) to identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable insights.
- Work effectively in an Onsite/Offshore model, ensuring clear communication and seamless collaboration.
- Prepare and present performance test results and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure performance testing covers complex technology stacks and meets scalability, reliability, and stability requirements.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing.
- 5+ years of strong proficiency in JMeter.
- Expertise in UI, API, and Database layer performance testing.
- Proven ability to performance test complex technology stacks.
- Strong understanding of performance monitoring tools like New Relic.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work until 11:30 PM IST on a need basis to accommodate global team collaboration.
- Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving notice period preferred.
