Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-9 years of experience in performance testing and will be responsible for ensuring the performance and scalability of our software products.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute performance test plans, test cases, and scripts
Analyze and report on performance test results and identify bottlenecks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance issues and recommend solutions
Design and implement automated performance tests using industry standard tools
Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify trends and potential issues
Provide guidance and support to other team members on performance testing best practices
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to performance testing

Skills and Qualifications

4-9 years of experience in performance testing
Strong understanding of performance testing concepts, methodologies, and tools
Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling
Experience with performance monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, New Relic, and Dynatrace
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
