Job Title: Performance Test Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Performance Test Engineer with 5–8 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance testing tools, with exposure to enterprise applications such as SAP S/4 HANA.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies and scripts
• Analyse system performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide optimisation recommendations
• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to improve application performance
• Prepare performance test reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders
• Support performance testing across multiple environments including SIT, UAT, and Production-like setups
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and stability of applications under various load conditions

Required Skills (Essential)

• Hands-on experience with Apache JMeter
• Strong understanding of performance testing concepts (load, stress, endurance, spike testing)
• Good knowledge of system architecture, APIs, and web applications
• Experience in analysing logs and monitoring tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Preferred / Desirable Skills

• Experience testing SAP S/4 HANA applications (Desirable)
• Hands-on experience with NeoLoad (Highly Desirable)
• Exposure to LoadRunner (Beneficial)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS/Azure) is a plus
