We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Associate (B2B + LinkedIn Ads Specialist)

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to join our dynamic, growth-driven team and help our clients scale through high-impact, data-backed marketing campaigns. If you're passionate about B2B performance marketing, LinkedIn Ads, and multi-channel digital strategy, this role is for you!

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies and media plans for B2B clients across global markets.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, X, Quora, and Native platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis across multiple industries.
  • Plan and run A/B tests for creatives, copy, and targeting to improve conversions and campaign efficiency.
  • Optimize campaigns for KPIs like Lead Generation, Revenue Growth, Website Traffic, App Installs, and Brand Awareness.
  • Explore and test emerging ad platforms to unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign data, create insights-based recommendations, and present weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and innovative digital assets.

What We're Looking For (Skills & Requirements)

  • Proven experience in Performance Marketing, with strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels.
  • Hands-on expertise in PPC, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights to improve ROAS, CPL, and overall campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, curiosity, and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and constantly evolving digital environment.
