Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality leads, improving ROI, and delivering measurable growth aligned with client marketing goals and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Understand client business objectives and marketing requirements
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Develop full-funnel strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth
- Manage campaign structures, budgets, and bidding strategies
Google Ads Responsibilities
- Manage campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
- Monitor and optimize performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS
- Implement conversion tracking and analytics integration
Meta Ads Responsibilities
- Plan and execute campaigns on Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager
- Build advanced audiences including custom, lookalike, and retargeting segments
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking
- Perform A/B testing of creatives, targeting, and placements
- Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate
Performance Optimization & Reporting
- Track KPIs and forecast key account performance metrics
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights
- Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI
- Prepare performance reports and present results to clients
- Collaborate with creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year experience in performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
- Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models
- Experience managing medium to large campaign budgets
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with Google Tag Manager
- Knowledge of landing page optimization & CRO
- Familiarity with other ad platforms (LinkedIn, Bing, etc.)
- Basic understanding of marketing automation tools
