Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality leads, improving ROI, and delivering measurable growth aligned with client marketing goals and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Understand client business objectives and marketing requirements
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Develop full-funnel strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth
  • Manage campaign structures, budgets, and bidding strategies

Google Ads Responsibilities

  • Manage campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
  • Monitor and optimize performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS
  • Implement conversion tracking and analytics integration

Meta Ads Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute campaigns on Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager
  • Build advanced audiences including custom, lookalike, and retargeting segments
  • Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking
  • Perform A/B testing of creatives, targeting, and placements
  • Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate

Performance Optimization & Reporting

  • Track KPIs and forecast key account performance metrics
  • Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Prepare performance reports and present results to clients
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year experience in performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models
  • Experience managing medium to large campaign budgets
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and client-handling abilities

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization & CRO
  • Familiarity with other ad platforms (LinkedIn, Bing, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of marketing automation tools
