We're now looking to hire a Performance Marketer who understands numbers, testing, and scaling campaigns.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (full-time / freelancer) based in Jaipur with 2+ years of experience.

Someone who can handle paid campaigns end-to-end — from setup to scaling — and is comfortable working with data, creatives, and daily optimisations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and running ads on Meta & Google
• Testing different creatives, audiences, and funnels
• Tracking performance and improving ROI
• Scaling campaigns that are working
• Working closely with the team on strategy and execution
