About the role:-

We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented marketer who can manage and scale our digital campaigns and performance marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with analytics, ads, and ROI-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Manage lead generation and conversion funnels
• Track and improve ROI, CAC, and campaign performance
• Work on SEO, website traffic, and landing page optimization
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights
• Coordinate with content team for creatives and campaigns
• Continuously test and scale new growth strategies

Required Skills:-

• Strong knowledge of performance marketing (Meta & Google Ads)
• Understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager)
• Experience in lead generation campaigns
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital funnels
• Data-driven mindset with problem-solving ability

Eligibility Criteria:-

• 1–3 years of experience in digital/performance marketing
• Experience in running paid campaigns is mandatory
• Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns
