We're Hiring: Performance Marketing, WhatsApp Automation & CRM Lead | Dhara Jewels

Dhara Jewels is a growing luxury jewellery brand building a strong digital-first presence. We've so far relied on external agencies for ads — but now we're bringing growth in-house to build a more powerful, integrated system across performance marketing, WhatsApp, and CRM.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just run ads — but understands how to convert attention into revenue across the full funnel.

What you'll do

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Instagram/Facebook) ad campaigns for lead generation and sales

- Improve CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates through continuous testing and funnel optimization

- Build and manage WhatsApp automation flows (lead nurturing, catalogue sharing, follow-ups, abandoned leads)

- Set up and manage CRM systems to track leads, customer journeys, and repeat buyers

- Create and optimize retargeting funnels across Instagram, WhatsApp, and the website

- Work closely with the content/brand team to scale high-performing creatives

- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics with clear insights and action plans

Secondary responsibilities

- Basic SEO: improve website visibility, product page optimization, keyword tracking

- SEM: support Google Ads campaigns, search intent targeting, and landing page optimization

What we're looking for

- 2–5 years experience in performance marketing (D2C, fashion, jewellery, or luxury preferred)

- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager

- Experience with WhatsApp automation tools (WATI, Interakt, AiSensy, etc.)

- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)

- Working knowledge of SEO & SEM fundamentals

- Ability to think full funnel: ad lead nurture conversion repeat

- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
