A bit about us
We're a small branding and growth studio based out of Hyderabad. We work with D2C brands, healthcare businesses, real estate developers, and education companies — helping them build brands that looks good as well as converts. We're two founders, a tight team, and a growing client roster. We don't have layers. Everyone here owns real outcomes.
What you'll actually do
Run paid campaigns across Meta, Google & LinkedIn for multiple clients simultaneously. Build funnel strategies from scratch. Write creative briefs that give our design team enough direction to make ads that actually stop the scroll. Own the numbers (ROAS, CAC, CPL, LTV) and know what to do when they're off. Present performance updates to clients in a way that builds trust, not just reports data.
You'll work across categories. One week it's a D2C skincare brand, next week it's a real estate developer. You'll need to shift gears quickly and still bring sharp thinking to both.
Who we're looking for
Someone with 3+ years of performance marketing experience, ideally from an agency or a brand where you were managing multiple campaigns at once. You should be genuinely comfortable with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. More importantly, you should think in systems. Audience segmentation, creative testing, landing page logic, retention loops.
Honest about what this is
We're an early-stage studio. That means high ownership, direct access to founders, and real influence over how the performance function gets built here. It also means some ambiguity and the occasional pivot. If you need a fully structured role with clear playbooks handed to you this probably isn't the right fit right now. If you want to help build those playbooks, it might be exactly right.
