Role Description

Urban Harvest is hiring a Performance Marketing professional for a full-time, on-site role at our Model Town location. The role includes developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with teams to optimize sales and engagement. You will work to establish strong customer relationships while improving marketing effectiveness and providing actionable insights to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage, build, and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Must have 2+ Experience into running META ADS (mandate) and Google ADS.
• Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify industry trends and execute effective campaigns.
• Experience in Sales and the ability to drive results through innovative marketing initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in the food or consumer product industry, is a plus.
