We are actively seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Social Media Marketing (SMM), with a proven track record of creating and executing successful digital campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and improve online visibility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
• Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience targeting.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and budgets.
• Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager / GA4.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights.
• Coordinate with content/design teams for ad creatives.
• Stay updated with latest Google Ads features and trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads / PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of bidding strategies, quality score, and ad rank.
• Experience with remarketing and audience targeting.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4).
• Basic understanding of landing page optimization.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Google Ads Certification is a plus.
