Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team on-site in Chandigarh. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. Key tasks include analyzing campaign performance, managing ad budgets, conducting A/B testing, tracking KPIs, and generating performance reports. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other PPC channels
• Proficiency in campaign optimization, A/B testing, and ROI analysis techniques
• Experience with tools for performance tracking and analytics, including Google Analytics
• Skills in content strategy, copywriting for ad creatives, and audience segmentation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple campaigns
• Knowledge of the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field preferred
