About ZinaraZinara is an everyday lab-grown diamond jewellery brand on a mission to make diamond jewellery accessible, wearable, and relevant for modern Indian women.
We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of paid acquisition, analyse performance, and work closely with founders to scale customer growth profitably.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, catalog, and conversion objectives.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Performance Max, Brand Search, and Remarketing.
- Monitor and improve key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining acquisition efficiency.
- Conduct audience testing, campaign testing, and budget optimization.
Analytics & Reporting- Track and analyse performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, and GA4.
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Set up and maintain UTM tracking and campaign attribution.
- Identify customer funnel bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Creative Strategy & Testing- Work closely with founders, creators, and designers to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Analyse creative performance and identify winning hooks, messaging angles, and formats.
- Build a structured creative testing framework to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Provide data-backed feedback to improve ad creatives and landing pages.
Conversion Rate Optimization- Analyse user journeys from ad click to purchase.
- Recommend improvements to landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows.
- Work with internal and external teams to implement growth experiments.
Growth & Experimentation- Explore and test new audience segments, offers, and acquisition strategies.
- Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.
- Identify new opportunities to improve customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements
Must-Have- 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience working with D2C, e-commerce, or jewellery brands is preferred.
- Strong understanding of acquisition funnels and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred- Experience with Shopify.
- Understanding of attribution, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and UTM frameworks.
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and conversion rate optimization.
- Prior experience in jewellery.
