About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 4–5 years of experience in app

promotion, user acquisition, and growth marketing.

This is not a campaign execution-only role. We are looking for someone who can think

strategically, identify growth opportunities across multiple acquisition channels, communicate

confidently with clients, and build scalable user acquisition strategies for mobile apps.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience running and scaling campaigns across

multiple platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Taboola, Apple Search Ads, DSPs,

and emerging acquisition channels.

If your experience is limited to a single platform, this role may not be the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

App Growth & User Acquisition

  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies for mobile applications across multiple channels.
  • Plan and optimize campaigns focused on app installs, registrations, subscriptions, purchases, and other growth objectives.
  • Identify new growth opportunities beyond traditional advertising platforms.
  • Drive sustainable user acquisition while maintaining target CAC, CPI, ROAS, and LTV metrics.

Performance Strategy

  • Create channel-wise growth roadmaps and media plans.
  • Recommend the most effective acquisition channels based on business objectives and target audience.
  • Design testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, landing experiences, and campaign structures.
  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Multi-Channel Campaign Management

Hands-on experience across several of the following channels:

  • Meta Ads
  • Google App Campaigns (UAC)
  • Google Search & Display
  • YouTube Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • Taboola
  • Programmatic Platforms / DSPs
  • Native Advertising Networks

Client Communication & Consulting

  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients.
  • Lead performance review meetings and present growth recommendations.
  • Explain campaign performance, opportunities, and challenges in a clear and structured manner.
  • Build client confidence through data-backed decision-making.

Analytics & Attribution

  • Work with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or similar platforms.
  • Monitor attribution, cohort performance, retention, and user quality metrics.
  • Build reports and dashboards to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with product and creative teams to improve conversion performance.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on app promotion and user acquisition.
  • Proven experience scaling mobile apps across multiple acquisition channels.
  • Experience managing significant monthly media budgets.

Technical Skills

  • Deep understanding of mobile attribution and app analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of acquisition metrics such as: CPI, CPA, CAC, ROAS, Retention, LTV
  • Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Firebase, GA4, or similar tools.

Strategic Skills

  • Ability to identify new channels and growth opportunities.
  • Strong experimentation and optimization mindset.
  • Ability to connect business goals with acquisition strategies.

Communication Skills

  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Comfortable interacting directly with clients and leadership teams.
  • Ability to simplify complex performance data into actionable insights.
