Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager — Amazon + Meta Ads

ZAP Bath Fittings | Hybrid | Chawri Bazaar / Old Delhi

We're a fast-growing D2C bathroom & kitchen fittings brand (20 years old, profitable, bootstrapped). Looking for a performance marketer who can own Meta ads end-to-end + scale Amazon ads on our hero ASINs.

What you'll own: • Meta ads (Facebook + Instagram) — strategy, creative briefs, scaling • Amazon ads — SP/SB/SD campaigns on 4–5 hero ASINs per subcategory • Shopify product page optimization (with designer support) • Weekly P&L of ad spend vs revenue

What we expect: • 3–5 yrs running Meta + Amazon ads for D2C brands (preferably home/lifestyle) • Proven 3x+ ROAS track record on Meta cold traffic • Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify • You sit with the team, not remote

CTC: ₹45K–₹60K/month + 2% incentive on incremental revenue
