Whizz HR is hiring for Performance Marketing Specialist in Noida :
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other performance platforms
- Manage lead generation, conversion, app installs, and e-commerce campaigns
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, creatives, and landing pages
- A/B test ad copies, creatives, and targeting to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS
- Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and ad dashboards
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Coordinate with design, content, and client servicing teams for campaign execution
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in performance marketing / paid media
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of funnels, conversions, pixels, and tracking
- Experience with lead gen and e-commerce campaigns
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, UTM tracking
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
