We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive – Luxuriate Skincare
Location: Delhi (Mayur Vihar Phase 3)
Full-Time | On-site | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Luxuriate, a premium skincare brand loved for its natural, high-performance formulations, is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to lead ROI-focused campaigns and scale our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other performance channels

Track & improve ROAS, CTR, CAC, and CPA to meet business goals

Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages

Manage e-commerce ad campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C website (Shopify)

Create performance reports and suggest actionable improvements

Candidate Preferences:
Experience: 3–5 years in performance marketing (preferably in D2C, beauty, or lifestyle brands)
Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon Ads, and Flipkart Ads is a plus
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
Must be Delhi-based and able to work from office
