Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimise high-impact paid campaigns while driving measurable business outcomes. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and has hands-on experience managing large-scale performance campaigns.
What the Ideal Candidate Looks Like
You are a results-oriented performance marketer with deep expertise in paid acquisition, funnel optimisation, and conversion tracking. You are comfortable working with large budgets, analysing performance data, and continuously experimenting to scale profitable campaigns.
Key Requirements
You should have:
3+ years of experience in paid customer acquisition, managing daily ad budgets exceeding 2L
Strong expertise in Meta Ads with Conversions/Sales as the primary objective
Strong expertise in Google Ads with Conversions/Sales as the primary objective
Experience working with WordPress, ClickFunnels, or similar page builders
Hands-on experience implementing and validating Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or Excel for reporting and analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to extract insights from historical and real-time performance data
A mindset open to continuous learning, experimentation, and optimisation
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage conversion- and sales-focused campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
Create daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations
Continuously optimise campaigns for cost efficiency, scalability, and performance, while maintaining target CPA
Take ownership of landing pages and funnels to improve relevance, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance
Drive growth through continuous audience, creative, and funnel A/B testing
Collaborate closely with clients, creative teams, web developers, and internal marketing teams
Execute weekly and monthly acquisition plans across multiple channels while managing budgets effectively
Consistently deliver on user acquisition and revenue targets
Develop creative briefs, ad copies, and video ad scripts aligned with campaign objectives
Communicate campaign performance, account health, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders regularly
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience working in a Marketing Agency
Hands-on experience with YouTube Ads optimised for sales conversions
Prior experience in client-facing roles
Basic knowledge of coding or web development
Copywriting experience for ad creatives, briefs, and video scripts
