About the Role
We are looking for a performance-driven person who will take complete ownership of our website sales performance. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in running and optimizing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a solid understanding of performance metrics, conversion funnels, and data-driven marketing. This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for driving customer acquisition, optimizing conversions, and maximizing returns on ad spends.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Sales Ownership from acquisition to conversion ensuring consistent growth in sales and profitability.
- Performance Marketing Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
- Data & Metrics Monitor and optimize key KPIs such as CAC, AOV, ROAS, CTR, and CVR. Identify performance patterns and make quick, data-backed decisions to improve daily and weekly results.
- Tracking & Troubleshooting Ensure accurate tracking through Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and GA4. Troubleshoot data discrepancies or attribution issues as needed.
- Manage and optimize Emailer and WhatsApp automation journeys for remarketing, retention, and precision targeting.
- Cross-Functional Coordination Maintain effective communication with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements
- 3+ of proven experience in performance marketing (Meta & Google Ads as the primary channel).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in GA4, GTM, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads Dashboard.
- Exposure to D2C / eCommerce businesses will be a strong advantage.
