The RoleYou'll own the entire demand generation engine at FlytBase—building, running, and scaling the outbound systems that feed our global sales team. This isn't about managing campaigns; it's about architecting pipeline creation. You'll build multi-channel sequences, design lead scoring models, and run ABM plays against Fortune 500 accounts across energy, mining, and critical infrastructure. You'll be pipeline-obsessed, not just MQL-obsessed. Your success metric is sourced pipeline dollars, not vanity metrics. You'll live in our CRM, think in funnels, and use AI tools as your force multiplier. This is a hands-on role—you'll write cold emails, LinkedIn messages, debug attribution models, and personally QA every sequence before it touches a prospect.
What You'll OwnOutbound demand generation engine: sequences, cadences, and multi-touch ABM plays Pipeline attribution and reporting: tracking every dollar back to source campaign and channel CRM hygiene and lead scoring: ensuring sales gets qualified, contextual handoffs AI-powered personalization: using Claude Code/Cowork, Clay, and LLMs for scale without losing relevance Collaboration with AE team: weekly pipeline reviews, feedback loops, and sequence optimization Account-based marketing: coordinating plays against target accounts with Sales and Product Marketing Experimentation framework: A/B testing subject lines, call-to-actions, and sequence timing Partner-led pipeline development: working with Enterprise & Partner marketing team on channel attribution Demand Gen Associate management: building their skills in outbound and attribution Revenue operations: connecting marketing activities to closed-won outcomes
Best Suited For3+ years building outbound engines at Series A/B Enterprise SaaS companies targeting enterprise buyers Proven track record owning a pipeline number (dollars, not just MQLs) Deep experience with CRM systems, lead scoring, and attribution modeling Expert-level skills in Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, and AI-powered personalization tools Cold email copywriting that converts—you've written sequences that book meetings Enterprise SaaS experience: understanding long sales cycles and complex buyer journeys AI-native workflow: fluent with Claude Code/Cowork, prompt engineering, and automation Data-driven mindset: you think in cohorts, conversion rates, and funnel optimization.
