Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Performance Marketing Specialist, based in Pune with flexibility to work from home on occasion. The role involves creating, implementing, and optimizing high-impact marketing campaigns to drive measurable results. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing strategic marketing plans, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Market Research and Marketing Strategy
• Proficiency in Sales and the ability to work towards achieving revenue targets
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and meet deadlines efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in digital marketing and performance marketing tools - google & facebook ads
• Knowledge of automation tools and technologies is a plus
