Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist based in Pune, India. The specialist will manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, analyze data and metrics to measure campaign success, and adjust strategies to achieve conversion and ROI goals. Responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying target audiences, creating marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for effective collaboration and client interaction
• Proficient in conducting Market Research to identify trends, target audiences, and growth opportunities
• Experience in developing and executing Marketing Strategies to drive results
• Knowledge of Sales techniques and performance marketing tools to optimize campaigns
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to improve campaign effectiveness
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools is a plus
