We're looking for aperformance-driven Google Ads expertwho hashands-on experience running campaigns for the healthcare industry(clinics, hospitals, doctors, dental, aesthetic, etc.).
This isnot a single-brand roleand definitely not a set-and-forget job.
You'll be managing multiple healthcare clients, budgets, leads, and performance with clear ownership and accountability.

What You'll Be Responsible ForGoogle Ads Campaign Management
- Plan, build & optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Manage multiple healthcare client accounts with different budgets & goals
- Keyword research, competitor analysis & patient-intent targeting
- Write & optimize high-converting ad copies for leads & appointments
- Optimize bidding strategies based on CPL, CPA & ROI
- Daily monitoring & proactive performance optimization
Tracking, Reporting & Optimization
- Set up conversion tracking via Google Ads, GA4 & GTM
- Track calls, form leads & appointment conversions accurately
- Analyze data to reduce CPL & improve lead quality
- Create clear performance reports for internal team & clients
- Run A/B tests on ads, audiences & landing pages
- Scale high-performing campaigns strategically
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 2+ years hands-on Google Ads experience (agency preferred)
- Healthcare ads experience is mandatory
- Strong understanding of Search, PMax, remarketing & lead generation
- Expertise in CPL, CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS & lead quality tracking
- Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager & conversion tracking
- Strong analytical & reporting skills (Google Sheets/Excel)
- Ability to manage budgets & deliver performance consistently
- Ownership mindset we don't chase people for updates
Good to Have
- Google Ads certifications
- Experience with Meta Ads (lead gen)
- Understanding of landing page optimization & CRO
- Experience with local ads/call ads for clinics
- Comfortable using AI tools for ad creation & optimization
