Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
- Continuously experiment with ad creatives, audience segments, placements, and bidding strategies to drive efficiency.
- Analyse campaign performance, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions to maximise ROI and ROAS.
- Collaborate with the creative and website teams to ensure cohesive communication and landing page optimisation.
- Manage full-funnel paid campaigns - covering awareness, retargeting, and conversion.
- Stay updated with the latest platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends.
- Knowledge of performance marketing optimisation on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms would be a plus.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Meta and Google ad accounts.
- Proven ability to deliver a consistent ROAS of 3+.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce and D2C performance metrics (CAC, LTV, CTR, AOV, etc. ).
- Expertise in retargeting strategies, custom audiences, and lookalike modelling.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4 and Meta Ads Manager.
- Prior experience running successful campaigns in the beauty industry is a strong plus.
